We at Parliament consider ourselves to be a small craft distillery. To us craft means passion and quality, both of
which we think we have in spades. It's all about the creativity, the ingredients and the care given to making each bottle.
Ghost Owl Whisky is distilled, blended and bottled by hand in very small batches, made from sweet mash of malted barley,
corn and rye.
